I am Dr. Kristin Reihman. In 2012, I went down hard with a life-threatening case of Lyme disease. I lost 30 lbs. I lay in my bed for 5 weeks. I couldn't nurse or even pick up my 1 year old. Yeah, it was bad. Now that I have recovered, I love nothing more than sharing all my hard-won learnings with others. And spoiler alert: the answer is NOT as simple as antibiotics. 

 

Since being sick with Lyme, I have made it my life's mission to help as many people as possible to reach full vibrant health. As part of that mission, I have created the Life After Lyme Coaching Program. During our weekly meetings, I conduct member case reviews, answer member's questions, offer valuable resources and a lot of support.
