  • Q: When are the Zoom calls and how long do they last?

  • Q: What if I have an autoimmune issue...will boosting my immune system hurt me?

    A: No. Boosting your immune system does not mean hyper-stimulating it. It simply means healing it, so that it can better do its job properly when it comes to fighting off germs. In fact, those with an autoimmune condition need this program more than anyone.

  • Q: What if my family isn't on board?

    A: Truth be told, it's a lot easier when those around you are eating this way, too, which is why we do a lot of brain-storming as a group (on Zooms and in the Facebook group) for ways to support you if this is the case. And in the end, you may decide that your health is too important and do it without them. But you'll still be doing it with us. :-)

  • Q: What if I miss the Zoom coaching calls?

  • Q: What if I simply can't handle the cravings?

    A: Listen up: if cravings are your biggest concern, then YOU NEED THIS PROGRAM MORE THAN EVER! There is a good chance your yeast are in charge, and I've designed this program to address just that. For good.
