The Healthy Meals, Happy Families program consists of information, education, and support. My name is Kristin Reihman, and I am a holistic medical doctor, foodie, and mother of four.
In 2012, I overcame a nasty case of Lyme disease, so I know first hand how important it is to empower the immune system with a healthy lifestyle and whole, real foods.
Now, it is my mission in life to support YOU in getting to the root of your own health problems, starting with healing your gut.
A lot of people get excited that I graduated from Yale College and Stanford School of Medicine. But the education I have found most useful is the one I learned the hard way, when life served me Lyme disease. My recovery started with a complete dietary overhaul which is...spoiler alert...everything I teach in this course!
Nowadays, between serving up whole real foods to my own family and seeing patients with complex chronic disease, I serve as the Medical Director and Nutritionist for The Family Hope Center, where I teach parents how to nourish their child's brains, bodies, and immune system with whole, real foods. I have over a decade of experience using this intervention, not just with myself and my family, but with patients from all over the world.

Frequently asked questions.
Here are a few answers to our most common questions
Q: When are the Zoom calls and how long do they last?
A: Group calls are once a week, last about an hour, and happen on Zoom every Thursday at 12pm, Eastern Standard Time. Calls are facilitated by experienced integrative physicians who have done elimination diets with countless patients, as well as with themselves and their families.
Q: What if I have an autoimmune issue...will boosting my immune system hurt me?
A: No. Boosting your immune system does not mean hyper-stimulating it. It simply means healing it, so that it can better do its job properly when it comes to fighting off germs. In fact, those with an autoimmune condition need this program more than anyone.
Q: What if my family isn't on board?
A: Truth be told, it's a lot easier when those around you are eating this way, too, which is why we do a lot of brain-storming as a group (on Zooms and in the Facebook group) for ways to support you if this is the case. And in the end, you may decide that your health is too important and do it without them. But you'll still be doing it with us. :-)
Q: What if I miss the Zoom coaching calls?
A: No problem! I record all of them and you can watch the replays as many times as you find helpful.
Q: What if I don't feel better in the 21 days?
A: This is the beauty of this program. Because I am guiding you throughout the 6 weeks, we have plenty of time to make any tweaks to your personal protocol that might be needed if you don't get the results you are looking for, right away.
Q: What if I simply can't handle the cravings?
A: Listen up: if cravings are your biggest concern, then YOU NEED THIS PROGRAM MORE THAN EVER! There is a good chance your yeast are in charge, and I've designed this program to address just that. For good.
Q: What if I can't eliminate during the time the group is?
A: Not a problem. You will have lifetime access to the Facebook group, so you can do the elimination diet when you are ready. We also offer the chance to extend access--as well as Zoom support calls--for 6 additional weeks for a small fee.
Q: What if I can't give up coffee for three weeks?
A: C'mon. It's only three weeks! Anyone can do anything for 21 days! And with all the support, guidance, encouragement, and suggestions to help you detox and withdraw safely, you are totally going to be fine. Countless others have done it, and so can you.
